Hand-cut and homemade questions for a seder. How do we understand ourselves and this bread of affliction as starvation is weaponized against Palestinians? As animal feed is ground into a meal? As food plummets from the sky alongside bombs? As the IDF commits multiple 'flour massacres'?
When and how does this become bread of liberation?
As the youngest at the seder, I always asked the four questions. Four questions is not enough. May new questions fill our Haggadahs, may new answers taste more like the bread of liberation.
